Solution: Tracker TRM™
Total Relationship Management and Enterprise User Management
The purchase of Wachovia Corporation by Wells Fargo was completed on December 31, 2008 with the combined company headquartered in San Francisco, home of Wells Fargo.
One of the biggest challenges facing the merger was how to retain Customers by Getting Business and IT Managers to Connect in the unified company.
Software Progressions Corporation worked closely with Wells Fargo for several months to design and execute a grand six phase project
plan for integrating several sources of customer and contact information into a single solution hosted by Tracker TRM™ Total Relationship Management,
which allows the unified company to continue enjoying its well known reputation of having a close relationship with each and every customer.
The first phase of this project was implemented and went live during the 3rd quarter of 2009, with the second phase
entering pilot stage at the end of 4th quarter 2009 - 6 months ahead of schedule. The work on this project is expected to continue
through 2011, at which point the vast majority of the information for customers and contacts will be centralized in and around Tracker TRM™.

"In the end, the idea is for Wells Fargo to have a 360-degree view of all its customers. "Both companies were well positioned relative to knowing our customers and now we're bringing that together," he says. "We want to make sure when we finish the integration that we have full visibility into our banking relationships."
