Prior to choosing Tracker 5.0 TRM™ and The Unified Enterprise Suite™, AMB performed a thorough due diligence including examination of Salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM. AMB Property Corporation has been using Client Tracker 3.0 since 2002.
AMB Property Corporation made a strategic decision to go with Tracker TRM™ and The Unified Enterprise Suite™ due to Tracker’s superior Total Relationship Management capabilities - specifically it’s powerful WYSIWYG web based screen designers which allow AMB to define the screens for companies and contacts per company and contact role, multiple roles for same company and contact, it’s elaborate permissions and sharing capabilities and The Unified Enterprise Database™ semi structured database platform with native integration with the Enterprise User Management system and with the Corporate Central SaaS Portal – all of which are important goals for AMB Property Corporation.
The project included the conversion of AMB’s Client Tracker 3.0 database to the new Unified Enterprise Database™, product customization which included implementation of several AMB Property Corporation specific features in Tracker TRM™, installation, testing and ongoing support. The new 4.0 version system went live on 11/17/2006. Version 5.0 is scheduled to go live in the second quarter of 2007.
Software Progressions Corporation and AMB property Corporation are currently in the process of implementing the Enterprise User Management 5.0 system for AMB Property Corporation with an expected completion date of 2nd quarter 2007.
