The world’s premier Total Relationship Management TRM™ solution
Transactional
Point in Time Data TPTD™ and Tracker Automatic Audit Trail TAAT™
Transactional Point In Time Data™ Tracker 5.0 TRM™ uses our unique Transactional Point In Time Data™ technology which allows permitted users to examine and even revert to data as it was in any given point in time – globally, per record and even per field.
When working with any Tracker TRM™ View:
The Tracker Data Time Lapse™ selector lets the user to go back to any given point in time for the whole system.
Once the time has been selected - the user experiences the system and all data, including company, contact and activity records, as it was at the selected time.
This also reflects any design modifications made to company, contact and activity record definitions, as well as Tracker Virtual Environments™ that existed at that point in time, including permissions, etc.
When working with a specific company, contact or activity record:
The Tracker Data Time Lapse™ selector lets the user go back to any given point in time for the record.
Once the time has been selected – the user views the record as it was at the selected time.
This also reflects any design changes made by the business to the design of the company role, contact role or activity type definitions.
This also reflects any design modifications made to company, contact and activity record definitions, as well as Tracker Virtual Environments™ that existed at that point in time, including permissions, etc.
For each field in a company, contact or activity record:
The Tracker Data Time Lapse™ selector allows the user to see all historical values for the field including date / time range where each historical value was current.
The user can select a historical value from the list and make it ‘current’ again.
Tracker Automatic Audit Trail TAAT™ Tracker TRM™ also records a complete audit trail for every change made to a record, including the person performing the operation and the time. This includes design modifications to company role, contact role and activity type definitions.
Tracker TRM™ then allows permitted users to view audit trail reports system wide, per record, field, for a given date range and even per user. This also includes cascading events. For example: a user deletes a company record together with associated contacts and activities. Tracker TRM™ allows permitted users to roll back to any given point in time in the audit trail. It will even make all the affected records in a cascading event scenario current again, without having to work on each record separately.
You can rest easy knowing you can track changes as well as restore any unintended user deletions quickly.
