Enterprise User Management 5.0

Define the rules, define the groups, Enterprise User Management does the rest.™

LDAP Directory Synchronization

Enterprise User Management is often implemented with large scale directory synchronization. We have integrated Enterprise User Management with many LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) compliant directories as well as custom directories.

The Unified Enterprise Database™
The Unified Enterprise Database™ enables Enterprise User Management™, Tracker TRM™ and Corporate Central SaaS Portal™ and is designed to scale to meet the needs of the largest organizations.

The Unified Enterprise Database™ serves as the backbone to an enterprise identity infrastructure, enabling today's mission-critical enterprise applications and large-scale web and extranet applications to access consistent, accurate, and reliable identity data for significant operational and cost efficiencies. This database provides a solid foundation for identity management by providing a central repository for storing and managing identity profiles, access privileges, and application and network resource information as well as persons. It enables some of the Unified Enterprise Suite’s™ most ground breaking features such as built in Point In Time Data Trail, Multiple Virtual Environments, Logging and Auditing services.

It integrates smoothly into multiplatform environments, and provides secure, on-demand password synchronization with Microsoft Windows Active Directory.

The LDAP Directory Synchronization Service

The LDAP Directory Synchronization Service is purchased separately from the Enterprise User Management system and can synchronize data between the Unified Enterprise Database and LDAP based directories as well as many other directories and databases. The service can access many LDAP directories including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Netscape/iPlanet/Sun Directory, Novell eDirectory, OpenLDAP, X.500 Directories, and many non-LDAP directories and data sources.

The LDAP Directory Synchronization Service can provide continuous or scheduled bi-directional synchronization between these data sources and affords administrators the flexibility to write the rules and determine filtering. In addition it includes powerful duplicate checking and unique field generation features.
