Define the rules, define the groups, Enterprise User Management does the rest.™
Enterprise Resource Management
The Enterprise User Management system represents a major evolution from traditional Enterprise Resource Management systems. The Enterprise User Management system works natively with the Unified Enterprise Database™ and integrates with Tracker TRM and the Corporate Central SaaS Portal, together named – the Unified Enterprise Suite™. The Unified Enterprise Suite™ forms a complete SOA platform for the enterprise.
Enterprise User Management 5.0 allows administrators to dynamically define the systems and resources that they want to integrate and protect. Its web based user interface helps you define the main attributes for each protected system such as its name, category and purpose, as well as the different permissions levels that the system supports such as Read, Editor, Power User, Administrator etc. Resources and their associated supported permissions levels can be easily defined, and permissions can immediately be granted to users and groups based on these definitions.
With Enterprise User Management and Tracker TRM™ every person that the company interacts with is a potential user. When integrated with the Corporate Central SaaS Portal, any user can logon once in order to get access to full featured web applications embedded in the portal (not simply links).
Administrators can manage internal and external user access to applications and network resources more efficiently then ever before. The implementation of the Enterprise User Management system enables a global sign-on for users and makes it easy to control and keep track of which systems and resources each user accesses. System administrators can usually manage user access to all platforms - Windows NT, UNIX, Mainframe and many proprietary systems as well as web applications with integrated controlled access from a single location.
By managing resources effectively you can quickly and safely provision users with appropriate access and permissions. You can enforce policies and create an audit trail to identify policy exceptions.
