The Corporate Central SaaS Portal makes it easy for administrators and developers to deliver new web applications. The Corporate Central Web Portal’s publishing options include both user discovery and automated delivery of web applications to the appropriate user groups and communities:
- As new applications are added to the Corporate Central SaaS Portal’s repository, and administrators define their role based permissions, the applications automatically become available to the appropriate users. This can include an automatic email notification with a link which can be sent to users.
- Administrators can also publish applications in categorized application directories, so users can subscribe to the applications they need.
- Administrators can deliver applications to users by pushing them to specific users and or role based groups.
- Users can be allowed to freely customize their Corporate Central SaaS Portal experience with multiple desktops, or have the desktop pre-customized and controlled by administrators.
- Administrators may also choose to allow some desktops of a specific user or group to be customizable by the user while others are controlled by the administrator.
As the user joins in, changes roles, is promoted, retires etc., their list of accessible applications is automatically maintained based on administrator rules and user roles.
